4.      If you are not satisfied with the product, we will offer you a refund within 14 days of purchase.  To request a refund and/or have questions please send an e-mail through the contact us form on the Site.  We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we received the returned product. You can expect a refund in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within 7 to 14 business days.

5.      The Site provides links to other Sites by allowing you to leave this Site to access third-party material and/or bring third-party material to the Site i.e. social media/advertisement.  The Provider has no discretion to alter, updated, or control content on the linked Site, not specifically owned/managed by the Provider. The Provider is not liable for any such purchase outside the Site.

6.      Shipping Domestic: Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail 5-10 business days.

7.      Shipping to Canada: Orders are shipped USPS First Class Mail 5-10 business days.
